GIFT ANNUITIES

…a solution for donors seeking a fixed income for life; while helping SFASC help Air Force ROTC (Detachment 155) cadets receive much needed financial aid to achieve their dreams and objectives

SFASC has partnered with National Gift Annuity Foundation (NGAF), a highly respected tax-exempt, non-profit offering gift annuity plans allowing donors to:

a) meet your lifetime income needs, b) receive a charitable tax deduction (and enjoy potential savings in capital gains and estate taxes), c) be able to grant 100% of the remaining assets back to your favorite cause (SFASC). Plus, you can add your spouse (including one more beneficiary to the gift annuity)*

*Minimum age for beneficiaries is 55 years old.

Note: NGAF Gift Annuity payments may be much higher than your return on securities or CDs.

To fund your charitable donation, you simply transfer cash or securities to the National Gift Annuity Foundation. (The minimum gift annuity plan requirement is $20,000.) Note: please consult your own tax or financial professionals for information or advice.
